Kitchener Housing Inc. (KHI) is the City of Kitchener's Municipal, non-profit housing corporation. It specializes in the development and management of attractive and affordable rental housing in Kitchener's core. KHI is the proud landlord of 18 sites, 563 rental units representing singles, seniors and families. 

Special attention was given to incorporate architectural designs that would enhance the neighbourhoods in which they have been built. Our management style places the highest value on the maintenance of the landscaping and buildings, creating we believe, a home to be proud of.
