Market launches customer satisfaction survey this Saturday

May 18, 2012

KITCHENER – The Kitchener Market is asking for the public’s help to ensure they are on the right track when it comes to the farmers’ market, international cuisine vendors (upper level), and the new Marketplace.

“We aspire to make the Kitchener Market and Marketplace a vibrant local attraction. The 2012 Kitchener Market survey will be instrumental as we plan our strategic business direction for the next few years. We feel it is important to capture feedback from our customers so we can assess whether our current programs at the market are effective. We can also determine what change might need to be implemented in the future,” said Kim Feere, interim market manager.

The survey will be launched this Saturday, May 19 and close on June 9.  Hard copies will be available at the Kitchener Market during business hours and on-line at www.kitchenermarket.ca.

See www.kitchenermarket.ca for full details.
