Belmont Avenue
Kitchener city council has approved the city-initiated zone-change application to rezone properties in the Belmont Avenue West mixed-use corridor from various zone classifications to mixed-use corridor MU-1 and MU-2 zones with and without special provisions.
The zoning bylaw amendment is now in effect. A copy of the zoning bylaw and staff report are available below:
