To Appear Before Council or One of Its Standing Committees
City of Kitchener residents and interested individuals wishing to address Council or one of its Standing Committees may appear as a delegation. Each delegate is allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to outline their request or concerns. Where a delegation consists of five or more people, two spokespersons may address Council, each for a maximum of five minutes.

Registration Deadlines
To be listed on the agenda as a delegation, please contact the appropriate person listed below, before 12:00 Noon on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Any materials you wish to circulate with the agenda should also be received by the Office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor, 200 King Street West, Kitchener, prior to the Wednesday noon deadline.

Delegations can also register at the meeting. Please speak with the Council Page/Committee Administrator prior to the meeting.

Council Chamber
The Council Chamber is equipped with the following audio-visual components: PC with laptop connection*; overhead visualizer; VCR and 35mm slide projector, which are available for use in presentations. Should you wish to use any of these, please contact the appropriate person listed below.

	*If you will be using a laptop to make your presentation, please note the following: Council Chamber monitors will only display at SVGA 800 x 600 resolution at 75 Hz. Your laptop must have this display setting prior to connecting to the Chamber PC or your presentation will not be viewable.
	In order to ensure that your presentation will display properly, it is strongly suggested that you make arrangements to test your presentation several days in advance of the meeting by contacting the appropriate person listed below.
