Financial Services

The Financial Services Department is charged with ensuring the long term financial stability of the City through the effective management of the City's fiscal resources. Given their important role in the financial management of the City, a number of the City's assets, including the City's fleet and its utilities, are under the wing of Financial Services.

Headed by the General Manager/City Treasurer, The Financial Services Department is responsible for the financial management of the City of Kitchener and is comprised of six divisions.
