Land Use Plans
The Planning Division produces a series of Land Use Plans covering areas of the City undergoing extensive development. The Land Use Plans provide a general representation of existing and intended land uses for the various neighbourhoods covered based on registered, draft approved and formally submitted plans of subdivision.

Such plans are intended to be displayed in all model homes or central sales offices in new developments and copies made available by builders to prospective purchasers, providing information on the general nature and design of planned development in the neighbourhood.

These plans may be subject to change and are updated periodically. For the most current and detailed land use information, contact the City of Kitchener Planning Division at 519-741-2426 or refer to the City of Kitchener Zoning By-Law.
