Tactical & Floor Plan - Symbol Library
The following symbols are for use with Fire Safety Plans. These symbols are standards used by Kitchener Fire Department. The symbol size can be adjusted, however they are intended to be used in colour. If black and white copies are going to be made, notations should be included on diagrams where symbols are colour dependant.

For example, when differentiating between an OBC and retrofit firefighter elevator, you would see the following:

This will only be a problem with the firefighter elevator and municipal and private hydrants. Questions regarding the symbols, should be directed to the KFD Tactical Project. A zip file for commercial use is available upon request.
