Development Engineering
This section is responsible for planning, development, construction activities, and servicing of new subdivisions. This Section also manages Development Charge driven projects such as roads, pumping stations, trunk sewers and watermains. All site plan applications are reviewed by this section. In addition, it also maintains user fee revenues generated by development designs, processes sump pump applications and damage deposits. This section is also responsible for local improvement projects and service connections.
